Timeframe:

You must request a replacement within 3 days of the delivery date. After this period, we are unable to process any replacement requests.

    Photos or videos of the product (if applicable)

Replacement Options:

We offer two options for replacement:

Option A:

 

    • We will request that you ship the incorrect, faulty, damaged, or broken product in its original packaging (including the original box and all accessories) to our warehouse at the following address:

 

Emporium Opulence, Warehouse # 13, Plot # 4488, Al Sajaa Industrial, Sharjah, UAE.

 

    • We will ship the replacement product to you free of charge within 2 business days of receiving the incorrect, faulty, damaged, or broken product.

 

Option B:

 

    • We will schedule a replacement for you within 14 business days.

 

    • Please pack the product (including the original box and all accessories) for the courier to pick up and deliver the replacement.

 

Please note that we do not offer replacements for "change of mind."

Refund:

We do not offer refunds.

Additional Information:

 

    • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

    • We reserve the right to refuse a replacement if the product does not meet our eligibility criteria.
